Wire-based steel printing
Steel wire is melted and deposited layer by layer to form near-net-shape parts. The approach suits medium to large components, uses material efficiently and removes the need for heavy tooling.
AI-Powered Digital Twin Steel Printing
Joyest pairs wire-based metal 3D printing with a live digital twin and AI, so every layer is simulated, monitored and optimized before and while it is built.
Who we are
Joyest is a Vietnam-based deep-tech startup applying artificial intelligence and digital twin technology to wire-based steel additive manufacturing. We turn a CAD model into a verified, high-quality metal part by predicting how the process will behave, then guiding the printer in real time.
Our goal is to make metal 3D printing predictable, repeatable and economical for industries that depend on large, durable steel components.
Technology
Each part of the stack strengthens the others, from the wire feedstock to the data that improves the next build.
Steel wire is melted and deposited layer by layer to form near-net-shape parts. The approach suits medium to large components, uses material efficiently and removes the need for heavy tooling.
A virtual replica of the part, process and machine predicts heat build-up, distortion and defects before printing starts, then stays synchronized with the real build as it happens.
Machine-learning models tune deposition parameters and toolpaths for quality, speed and cost, and learn from every build to make the next one better.
How it works
Our workflow keeps the digital and physical worlds connected at every step.
Import the CAD design and simulate thermal history, distortion and toolpaths inside the digital twin.
AI tunes current, wire feed, travel speed and interpass temperature, and plans the best deposition strategy.
Sensors stream melt-pool, temperature and geometry data. The twin compares it with predictions and corrects in real time.
As-built results are compared with the design. Every build becomes training data for the next.
Why Joyest
Joyest turns process data into better metal parts, connecting simulation, sensing and control into a single intelligent manufacturing loop.
